We invite you to join us at Circa 1876 on Sunday 28th July for a truly indulgent Truffle Lunch, in collaboration with legendary Hunter Valley winemaker, PJ Charteris and featuring special guests Phil and Sally Haeney from Black Rock Truffles. This event marks the start of our highly anticipated 'August Truffle Month.'
Your experience will commence at midday in our garden with canapés and the Le Fauve range of wines by Charteris. Then, prepare to be spoilt with a lavish four-course truffle lunch paired with some incredible bottles including the trophy winning 2022 Pokolbin Selection Chardonnay and the rarest of rare 2008 Winter Vineyard Pinot Noir, carefully cellared since the very first vintage. Each course and wine bracket will be presented by Executive Chef Joey Ingram and Winemaker PJ Charteris. You will also have the opportunity to engage with Phil and Sally Haeney to discuss the ins and outs of truffle cultivation.
